+Simon Hayes Director


After over 20 years working with some of the worlds highest profile professional motor racing drivers. Performance Physixx have developed a platform of training and conditioning at the forefront of the Human Performance World.

Our Clients  include many in the British Touring Car Series, British Formula 3, F 3000, Le Mans 24 Hour teams, Formula 1, NASCAR, Grand Am, ALMS, and CART/Verizon Indy Car Series. These drivers and teams include 2012 and 2014 Indy Car Champion and Indy 500 Champion Ryan Hunter-Reay and 2016 WeatherTech Sports Car Champion Christina Nielsen amongst other Championship winning Drivers.

Simon moved to the United States in 2003 to develop Performance Physixx existing unique human performance provision based out of Los Angeles, and now also available World Wide. With a training base in Lancing in the UK and an exclusive location availability in Central London. Simon works alongside one of motorsports greatest innovators and specialists, Canadian Dr Jacques Dallaire.

Simon continues developing drivers in 2017 and beyond for the many race Series around the World. Performance Physixx now has exclusive, detailed and unique training available World Wide via our very own online Training Program Platform. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree with first class honors from the University of Surrey England in Exercise and Health Science and a Masters Degree from Bristol University in Exercise and Health Behaviour. Simon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Distinction level through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (the Highest Certification for personal training in the United States and Internationally).

+Audra Krake Business Development Manager US
Audra Krake is a native of Pasadena, CA. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California Davis in 2013. She is currently a Master of Science in Kinesiology, Exercise Science student at California State University Long Beach. She has a background in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. While at UC Davis, she spent two years as a Student Athletic Trainer working with a variety of the NCAA teams and with athletes now competing at the professional level. She spent many years working at Competitive Athlete Training Zone (CATZ) in Pasadena, CA as a Physical Therapy Aide, where many professional athletes have come back from injury and returned to peak performance levels.

She developed a love for racing from her father at a young age and wants to combine her passion for sports, helping others, and sports science in the world of motorsports. Her career goal is to work with racecar drivers and their teams in the areas of human performance, strength and conditioning, sports medicine, and research. She is hoping to contribute to racing becoming safer, more competitive, and more comprehensive for the driver, the team, and the sport.

She is currently implementing ongoing fitness training for Scuderia Corsa driver Christina Nielsen, who is The Current 2016 WeatherTech SportsCar Champion.  She assists in monitoring her nutritional program under the direction of Dr. Philip Goglia, along with providing regular updates on fitness progress and recommends training protocol revisions to Performance Physixx director Simon Hayes.

+Julianne Erickson Principle Trainer Santa Fe, New Mexico Area
JULIANNE ERICKSON BS, CSCS Strength and Conditioning Consultant Julianne Erickson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science. With over 7 years of experience in the field of fitness, she’s worked with Oregon State Strength and Conditioning, Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, Athletes’ Performance, and Core Performance Center. In her experience, Jules has worked with professional, college, and high school athletes, general population, older adults, and severely overweight clients. Her specialties include weight loss, body composition training, lean muscle gain, sports performance training, and maintaining health and wellness. “My passion is human performance and helping people reach their true potential. Whether your goal is to increase your sport performance, lower your body fat percentage, increase lean muscle mass, or you just want to live a healthy lifestyle; I want to show you the proper steps to get there. With me you’ll definitely work hard, but you’ll have a ton of fun along the way!” – Julianne Erickson
+Meg Mangano Nutrition
Meg Mangano, RDN, CSSD, CLT   Meg Mangano is a Sports Dietitian, a Functional Nutritionist and a Certified LEAP Therapist that has worked in the health and fitness industry for over fifteen years. She served as the Team Nutritionist for the LA Clippers of the NBA for over 7 years, is a member of the USOC Sports Science Network, as well as a regular contributor to various magazines, publications, TV, and radio.

Meg is a trusted resource for her clients in sports and entertainment, as well as clients simply seeking to feel and be better. Specializing in individualized concierge programs, clients learn what foods and fluids work best for their body and how to integrate them into an optimal fueling plan that fits their lifestyle and performance demands.

Meg works with clients both locally and virtually in her private practice, conducts educational presentations and also provides keynote speaking for various groups and organizations including the US Soccer Foundation, Women’s Sport Foundation, California Dietetic Associations and local Universities.

+Dr. Jacques Dallaire
Dr. Jacques Dallaire of Performance Primedallaire Dr. Jacques Dallaire was born in Oshawa ( Ontario, Canada) in 1953. During his youth, he participated in a variety of community-level and school-based sports programs extending through his undergraduate years at the University of Ottawa where he competed as a member of the university soccer and gymnastics teams. Dr. Dallaire received his Masters Degree in Exercise Science in 1976 from the University of Ottawa and headed west later that summer (to the University of Alberta in Edmonton) to begin work on his doctoral program in Exercise Physiology. He received his Doctoral degree in 1979 while also serving as a sessional teaching appointment at the University of Alberta in the Department of Physical Education. In 1983, as part of his teaching assignment, Dr. Dallaire was tasked to teach a final-year course within the department, entitled “Scientific Principles of Training and Conditioning”. He designed the course requirements to challenge students to integrate the various disciplines of exercise science in meeting the needs of individuals who sought to improve their personal performance. One of his students, a young man by the name of René Fagnan (presently, an automotive journalist and motorsport magazine editor), selected the motor racing driver as his ‘subject’ for the comprehensive training program that was a requirement for the course. Through a series of odd twists and turns, Dr. Dallaire soon found himself at the Canadian Grand Prix of Formula 1 in June 1983, measuring in-car heart rate response levels during practice and qualifying with none other than Formula 1 stars Nigel Mansell and Nelson Piquet. While data collection met with some technical difficulties due to the extreme environment of the Formula 1 race car, the experience launched Dr. Dallaire down a path that would see him work directly with more than 500 high-performance racers from 35 countries and just about every form of racing on the planet. A passion that continues to this day. Over the past 30 years, Dr. Dallaire has been exposed to the application of a great many sport science and medicine strategies and techniques within the high-performance sport world and has been in an excellent position to monitor what has been effective and what has not. Over this time, he has refined his understanding of what is missing in the performance enhancement equation and continues to focus on addressing these perceived needs. Dr. Jacques Dallaire, along with his longtime research partner Dr. Dan Marisi, are 2006 inductees into the Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame. Dr. Dallaire is a Founding Member of the International Council of Motorsport Sciences (ICMS) and has been an ongoing member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP).
