Since 1990 Our Clients have included many in the British Touring Car Series, British Formula 3, F 3000, Le Mans 24 Hour teams, Formula 1, NASCAR, Grand Am, ALMS, and CART/Verizon Indy Car Series. These drivers and teams include 2012 and 2014 Indy Car Champion and Indy 500 Champion Ryan Hunter-Reay among other Championship winning Drivers. Currently we develop training and programming for Professional Race Drivers in all the current race Series Worldwide.
Simon moved to the United States fully in 2002 to develop Performance Physixx existing unique human performance provision based out of Los Angeles, and now also available World Wide, including availability throughout the United States. With training bases now in the UK and in Central London. Simon works alongside one of motorsports greatest innovators and specialists, Canadian Dr Jacques Dallaire.
Simon continues developing drivers in 2019 and beyond for the many race Series around the World. Simon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Distinction level through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (the Highest Certification for Athlete Training in the United States and Globally).
Ash Parker BS MS CSCS Ash Parker is from Atlanta, GA and currently residing in downtown Los Angeles. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University in 2011. He is currently finishing his Master of Science of Kinesiology in Exercise Science at California State University Long Beach. He has a background in Strength and Conditioning, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Sports Performance Research, and Neuro-cognitive perceptual Sports Performance. Ash started in physical therapy at Rehab Specialist as a physical therapy aide and began working with professional and Amateur athletes in combat sports at KSU for 3 years for sports performance. He spent one year in cardiac rehabilitation for phase I – phase III cardiac patients and became a Certified KAATSU Specialist. He has spent 6 years as a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) working with a wide range of athletes from varying sports at all levels ranging from Middle-High school athletics to Collegiate Athletes to Elite-professional athletes.
Ash has a passion for cutting-edge scientifically based training methods pertaining to sport performance in motorsports. He solves movement issues related to human physiological and anatomical issues caused by the physical demands of the sport. Ash uses research-based methods to assess an athletes base performance in order to improve and increase the individual’s performance in their sport by strengthening their weaknesses and improving their strengths to greater heights and meeting the athlete’s goals in a safe comprehensive manner.
Ash is currently working as a human performance coach for Neurovision Consulting in Westwood, a boxing coach in Santa Monica for Gloveworx, and a private strength coach for athletes in the Beverly Hills/Century City area. At Neurovision he works with Formula 1 athletes and California Superbike racing team for faster response times and reaction times. Ash is currently developing athletes from all categories and is putting forth sport-specific exercise protocols in order to intensify an athlete’s competitive qualities.
